Eligibility for Returns tems must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. We cannot accept the return of items including but not limited to clearance or final sale items, intimate apparel, custom-made or personalized items.
Return Window Return requests within 3 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, requests beyond this time frame cannot be accepted.
Return Process Contact Us Email our Customer Support team at Info@savagesl.com with your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization Upon approval, we would provide instructions regarding where to send your items.
Shipping the Return Customers pay for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds – Upon arrival, your return will be inspected. When your return is approved or rejected, an email notification will be sent to you. – When a refund is approved, this money will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, this may take additional time.
Exchanges To exchange your purchase for a different size, color, or style, go through the return procedure and order again.
Damaged or Defective Items In case of receiving your item damaged or defective, contact us no later than 3 days after the receipt of your order. We will make a replacement or provide a refund without additional charges.
